Diploma Studies is a pre-degree programme for people involved in working with young people and community learning and development in different settings. Not only does the programme provide an induction into professional work and level 3 – level 6 in Scotland – qualification, it also leads to and an Access to Higher Education Diploma. There are seven different routes through the programme:

Diploma in informal education (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in community learning and development (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in helping, mentoring and community learning (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in outdoor learning (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in community sports development (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in social pedagogy in specialist education settings (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in social pedagogy in work with vulnerable young people (youth work and community learning and development)

Diploma in Christian work with young people and communities (youth work and community learning and development)
